The highest bid of each vehicle is subject to confirmation by the seller by 12:00pm Monday, August 31st 2026. This is NOT an absolute auction, the seller has the right to accept or reject all bids. The website and or bidding app may state "You Won" or "Congratulations - you are the winning bidder" at the close of the sale but this is NOT binding per our terms for this auction.  The sale WILL NOT be finalized until the seller approves the final bid and you receive an invoice via email.  If you do not receive an invoice on Monday afternoon the sale of the vehicle was not approved by the seller. We acknowledge this is not our typical way of conducting auctions but was required due to the circumstances.
